In a humorous nod to the classic 1970s interior decoration trend of the three flying ducks, Banksy created a set of three small-scale models of unmanned drones designed to be mounted on a wall. Arranged in a duck-like formation, these models give a playful twist to the ominous presence of military drones, but their underlying menace remains palpable. This clever double entendre echoes throughout the Gross Domestic Product shop itself. Positioned as a critique of brands profiting from his art, the shop also highlights the irony of Banksy commercializing his own work.
